Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and provide refunds for the following circumstances:
- Damaged during transit: If your print arrives in a damaged condition due to mishandling during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.
- Faulty product: If you receive a print with significant defects or flaws that were present before shipping. we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.
Timeframe for Returns and Refunds:
- Damaged during transit: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged print. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage for our assessment.
- Faulty product: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the faulty print. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defects.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
- Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase or decide that the artwork does not meet your personal preferences.
- Accidental damage: If the print is damaged due to mishandling or accidental causes after delivery.
- Unauthorised modifications: If the print has been altered, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
- Original works: No refunds will be made on original works.
Return Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Sales@helenjoynsonartheals.com.au and provide your order details, including the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will assess your request and may ask for photographic evidence to verify the damage or defect.
- We will then contact you with a decision based on the state of the product.
Refund Process:
- If a refund is approved, we will process it within 2 business days.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. - Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
